1000 Calorie Mass Building Shake

Need to put on some quality weight? Need some extra calories? This delicious tasting shake is guaranteed to put on mass for hard gainers.

NGREDIENTS:
(~1000 calories)
2 heaping tablespoons Almond butter
1/2 avocado
1 banana
1/2 cup organic berries
2 tablespoons organic yogurt
1 cup egg whites
1 cup spinach
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 cup coconut milk
(a little cinnamon for a little spice if you like).

  1. I am would like to try this shake. I'll have to find some almond butter. If I can find any I'll use peanut butter.
