Leg Day
Here's a challenging leg workout that will increase the strength and size of your legs. I did this workout protocol today. When I was done, I could barely walk and had to sit in the locker room for a few minutes. A lot of latic acid build up in my hamstrings. Go Here to learn more about maximizing muscle.
1. Leg Squat
8 sets of 8 only 30 sec rest between sets.
2. Hack Squat
8 sets of 8 only 30 sec rest between sets.
3. 1 legged leg press
8 sets of 8 only 30 sec rest between sets.
4. Single leg extension.
8 sets of 8 only 30 sec rest between sets.
5. Stiff Legged Dead Lift
8 sets of 8 only 30 sec rest between sets.
6. Leg Curls.
8 sets of 8 only 30 sec rest between sets.
