51 Grams Almond Muscle Bar!
This all natural Protein Bar is easy to make
and tastes delicious! Most Protein Bars on the market are really candy bars wrapped in a fancy Protein Bar Wrapper.
Ingredients:
8 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 cup oatmeal (uncooked)
1/3 cup almond butter
3 tbsp honey
1/2 cup 1% milk
3 tbsp slivered almonds
Directions
1. Mix together the protein powder, oatmeal, almond butter, honey and milk.
2. Form into 5 bars and then roll in the slivered almonds to finish.
3. Place in the fridge for about an hour
