Chest

Working Out Chest and Biceps Today.

Here's the routine to build big pecs

Incline BB Chest Press 4x8 Last set is a drop set.

Incline Machine Press 4x8 Last set is a drop set.

Flat DB Press 4x8 Last set is a drop set

Dips Go to failure 4 sets.

When doing the dips you have to slightly lean your body forward hitting only the chest otherwise you'll only hit triceps.

Also there is only 40 sec rest periods between sets.
